Insurance ****ming

MTN is keep on ****ming me. I did an early termination on my contract, but I was paying for the insurance. When I went to claim they told me that the insurance that I am paying is under someone else's name and the phone model is different to mine. I let that go now they are sending me a statement that my account is arrears. So, I must pay for someone else's insurance that I don't even know. Your consultants are just clueless
