Insurance mess up
I recently purchased a Porsche design from MTN Mall of Africa and the same day I could not get insurance because it was a public holiday. I proceeded to let the consultant know that I will try to get a quote with my insurance and if they are expensive il come back to me.
I called him the 3rd day to let him know that I want the MTN insurance since I got a more expensive quote. Now it's been 2 weeks and the guy has been giving me the run around without any help and the 14days buffer to get insurance has elapsed. Advise me how to proceed forward with this matter because now I'm forced to take an insurance of the value of R1200 whilst I was initially charged R450. May i please get mtn to intervene in this matter or else I'd like to cancel my contract and start again to get cover
