Insurance I never took

I took out a MTN Home Router from MTN. They ensured my sim card for incase someone tries to clown it. The insurance amount was R9. 20

So they send a billing of R920 + R720 pro rata and I contacted them. They said the consultant made an error when she typed in the R9.20. They said they are sorry for the inconvenience and they will refund my money. The next month they deducted the same amount again.

I've contacting them and they just say my claim is being processed while nobody can really assist.

Mtn South Africa tooked over R2000 from me, and now all they are doing are sending automatic responses via email and when I call them they just say the case are being processed. This is happening for the past two months now.
