Insurance

I tried to claim a damaged phone. Between MTN and their insurance company I was sent back and forth with the same questions being asked and me answering them numerous times with no result. Then I decided its not worth it they win the war of attrition and I decided to cancel the insurance. Now its even worse! I asked by email to cancel the insurance. I was even called and informed that the insurance was cancelled. Then I received an email requesting details that was in the contract I attached on my cancellation request. I am at a loss of words at how they stall everything. Wish I could take them to court and claim a refund! What else is left? I will never take out phone insurance again.
