Insurance did not return phone

I'm not happy with MTN insurance I broke my phone they collected it for fixing. They put the wrong screen on the phone. I returned and now they are not responding anymore and I don't have a phone to use. I have been paying insurance for this phone for many years. And they can't fix a small problem. Just a screen.
