Insurance Dept is a JOKE!!!!
I had my phonejacked over 10 days ago. I handed in all the relevant documents within 24hrs of the incident.<br> I have had to call MTN 6 times and each time they keep asking me too wait. The last call was 25 min before it was answered and another 5 min of me holding, then the call got cut. All i need to know is - WHAT IS THE OUTCOME OF MY CLAIM!!!!!
