Insurance Declined

I bought a Samsung S4mini from the Mtn store at Chilli Lane Shopping Centre in Sunninghill on 22/Jan/2015, assisted by Keabetswe. On 27 January I emailed my handset insurance application to her and she confirmed receipt. On the same day, Keabetswe says she submitted my application to [Email Removed]<br> <br> On 1/June/2015 I received an email from saying that my application for handset insurance has been declined because the phone is more than 3 months old. I called MTN Insurance, and as per the email received from Tshepo Ntswelengwe, they only received the application from Keabetswe on 8/May/2015.<br> <br> I am now stuck in a finger pointing match between the Mtn Store (ChilliLane) and Mtn Insurance, with the insurance saying they received the application late (after 3 months since date of purchase) and the shop saying the application was sent in January. All this while I have no insurance. I still have possession of my phone but I am worried that should something happen to it I will have no cover.
