Insurance debited extra money

February I was charged for my cellphone insurance contract extra by R253.78 ( on top of the agreed R177.40). I have been calling and emailing them but they not helpful as they keep giving the run around, four of their employees have been replying to my emails wanting the same thing that i sent to the others. I would like my money debited back into my account especially that none one knows what it was for
