i insured my sony xperia with mtn @ a value of R10000 my phone got damaged and now mtn z only willing 2 cover R8000 while the phone i was covered for is not in the market anymore its been a month alreday struggling with these guys. They giving me excuses that my phone value droppped meanwhile i had 2 pay more wen i changed headset please advice .all phones i have looked @ seem to be a downgrade
