Insurance complaint.

Made a claim last year November due to my house being burnt down lost everything. Unfortunately I couldn't pay what was asked for in December, however payments were made in January. It took me 2 months to get other 2 phones. Since January I've been waiting for my 3rd device which is a laptop, they've been making promises to replacing the device, instead nothing has been received yeat on my side. I can even prove with emails and phone calls that I have been making to them, instead I'll be put on hold for 30minutes mind you I'm telkom so I'm billed for the calls. They lie and send emails to me or promise me with call backs that never happen. It's been 5months going for 6months now, it's hurting alot. Promise I won't pay my contract till I receive everything that Is due to me as I have payed everything in January!
