INSURANCE CLAIM WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK

I have submitted my claim on 27 January with MTN insurance till to date I have not received feedback and I am sending emails weekly and calling on daily basis to follow up. I have been told that my claim is under assessment since beginning of the month till to date
