Insurance claim was rejected because MTN does find outgoing calling records

My phone insurance claim was rejected because MTN does find outgoing calling records. So if you use your phone to receive only and they cant find records of outgoing calls, they reject a claim. Where is this stated in the contract/ terms and conditions. My phone was a dual sim phone, thus it has two IMEI numbers IMEI1 ********** ********** 5 & IMEI2 ********** ********** 9. and I only use it to receive calls and sms, I don't recharge or make calls from this number.
