Insurance claim takes 7 weeks? still has'nt been processed

<p>We gave in all our insurance documemtns 7 weeks ago to the mtn store at the top of Centurion mall. I have been phoneing mtn head office every single week since then and everytime it is the same answer, "your documents have not yet been recieved by us..... I am beginning to think that the store didnt actually send the documents. myself and my family have a total of 8 contracts by mtn... all for R500pm or more... </p> <p> </p> <p>The Phone was ****** by smash and grab.. we opened a case by the police, Got all relevant documents and gave it in to the store. When we apporached the store 3 weeks ago they said there is a backlog and we need to be patient... something a lot of companies use nowadays when what they actually mean is " we are all incompentant and have no idea what we are doing" </p> <p> </p> <p>If this matter is not resolved we will be going to court. I have a meeting with my lawyer about this matter on the 2nd of december 2016. we have never missed any payments, and alwasy supported mtn. MTN will now loose multiple clients due to this.</p> <p> </p> <p>if they ever offer you insurance on your device dont even bother. They will never actually go through with it. you pay for nothing. </p>
