INSURANCE CLAIM - PLEASE HELP!
We have faxed a Handset Insurance Claim Form to MTN 3 times in the last 2 weeks. When I phone to follow up the automated voice messaging system says our claim has not been received and to re-fax it. And...the entire system is voice-automated so you cannot speak to a consultant. It's a total disgrace and my second complaint to MTN for different things in 2 weeks and they haven't yet responded to my first complaint. I do so wish Nashua hadn't sold their cellphone business - they were so efficient and this is a disgrace. I only ever use Hello Peter when I don't get joy from the supplier and this is a classic example. Please can someone from MTN respond and let me know what the story is?

Thank you for posting.
Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
I do know how frustrating that this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there is delays in our customer touch points.
Kindly note this has been escalated to the Insurance team to investigate. They will provide you with feedback.
I hope the above is in order and would once again like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Regards
Jean
