Insurance Claim not attended

I submitted an insurance claim on the 30th of MArch and was provided with a reference number and told that my query would be attended to in 5 working days.<br> <br> I have been constantly calling, and have been told that my query was escalated, but to no avail.<br> <br> I called again and the member I dealt with told me he was handling the matter, and would contqanct the courier to come and collect my phone, when the courier finally called, they were calling with regard to an old claim, and knew nothing about the collection of my handset.<br> <br> I called again and was told the matter would be escalated and would receive feedback by ltest yesterday, and no feedback received till today, I ahve even left an alternate number because the claim relates to the phone giving me problems.<br> <br> I have been trying to call MTN insure the whole morning, to no avail, and i am having diffuculties communciating as my phone is currently not working.
