INSURANCE CLAIM - NO PROGRESS REPORT FOR 1MONTH

I lodged a claim with MTN Insurance after having struggled for weeks to get through to the 808 number. the claim was lodged a month ago and no progress reports have been received since. I have attempted to contact the insurance number on countless occassions and the number disconects as soon as i choose the option to speak to a consultant. i have contacted customer service and have been given numbers which have nothing to do with insurance. i have requested to be put through to their complaints department and that has also been a total failure. i need a phone and im still paying for this contract which i am not using.
