Insurance Claim Nightmare

I am trying to process an insurance claim since last week the 24th of April. All i need is an ITC number and officially spent of an hour just this morning being put on hold and transferred from pillar to post. There was a lady assisting me but i do not have the IMEI number. Now that I do - no one is answering the calls on all MTN numbers. I got told to call *** where there are prompts to choose from and now on hold again for another 24min. I have 30 days to process this claim - and i am not on day 8 - How much longer must i wait or how much more time must i spend on the phone?
