Insurance Claim - MTN Insurance

0 Stars - MTN Insurance's "Peace of Mind" motto is a farce. I lost my two phones on 13 April 2023. I had to re-send forms and other documents I had sent, so many times. Only to receive a "claim declined" via sms. To date, I am still waiting for a letter stating reasons. I use my phones for business and have been disadvantaged for over two weeks now. I have been an MTN subscriber since 1998.
