Insurance claim - declined
My phone got damaged, when I book it in for insurance repairs, I was told my claim is rejected because the last used number is not registered in the insurance. Shocking because I am paying cellphone insurance not number insurance. Worst part, I was never informed of such. My policy schedule was only sent to me on 23 Jan 2018. I joined insurance in April 2017? How useless are they??!
