insurance claim

I reported my lost IPhone 5s 3 times already and no has ever bothered contacting me about my claim, every time I call the insurance department no answers the phone and eventually having to wait for a long time just to get a telephone record. the 1st claim was done on (10/07/2015)Ref no#***6 2nd claim on (14/07/2015)Ref no#***4 and the 3rd claim was done on (24/07/2015)Ref no#***0 and still today no one has contacted me regarding the matter. I am really disappointed about this. <br> <br>
