Insurance claim

I recently lost my phone, even though I have insurance with MTN insurance to this day I still do not have a phone or received a call from them in regards to my claim. <br> When you call the insurance call center no one can help because their engineers haven't fixed the problem, when asked how long it will take they cant tell you.
