insurance claim
I have claimed for a ****** phone which was insured with mtn insurance and its been over 2 weeks with no respond or reply, when I call they always say ill hear from them in 48 hours and they never get back to me. its different stories every time I call. its so unacceptable. its been over 2 weeks without a phone
