Insurance claim

Absoultely terrible service from MTN insurance, I logged a claim on the 2nd Of Jan 2020 for a device that's beyond economical to repair, today is the 16th, NO feedback, no call to keep me updated, spoke to Ntombi Khoza she and asked to speak to her manager she said her manager is in a meeting and I should like 4 hours later not even sure if Charmaine Nguni works there, Ntombi Khoza cut the call on me, extremely upset and livid @Mtn this is pathetic
