Insurance Claim
<p>I have sent my phone to MTN insurance as it was dmaged. Ever since the phone was fetched by teh courier MTN has not contcated me to advise on the progress of my cliam. I received an email to say I the cliam has beeen approved and i will be issued witha refurbished phone. I am currently insured for R15000 with MTN and they are wanting to give me a refurbished phone but my insurance premium remians teh same. I have sent 5 emails for them to contcat me and they have not done so. Their telephone numbers is not working. If someone does not contact me by c lose of business tomorrow I will cancel my insuarnce as well as my contract with MTN as the service is pathetic and they are a *******.</p>
