Insurance claim
<p>Im having a run around with MTN regarding claiming for broken LCD on my LG G4.</p> <p>I have logged the claim on the 26th July 2016 and they have confirmed that the claim doc have been recieved and ill get a call from their courier co on the 11 August and still nothing after many emails to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>they give you a numbe that one can get hold of them that is ********** but it gives you an option to press 0 to speak to someone, but it will tell you that you have not made a invalid choice...</p> <p> </p> <p>i dont see why im still with MTN as their service is the worst and there are no signs of it ever improving.</p>

I actually recieved a call from MTN two days later and they then put me in touch with their collection guys.
We made arrangements that the phone would be collected the following day (Thursday 1st Sept).
So I had made arrangements to have the phone ready for collection, and still the phone is here ready for collection.
I have not recieved any feedback why it wasnt picked up or when it will actually be picked up.
please help resolve this as im still getting nowhere with this still.

looks like this is the only way i can communicate with MTN Insurance.
guys i needs some feedback, the phone was picked up after i had struggled with your courier guys to actually pick up. your system still states that someone must still assess it.
