Insurance claim

Good Day<br> <br> I'm typing this report with a great feeling...<br> I claimed from the Insurance on the 4th of April. I didn't get any response by the 7day turnaround period that I was promised by a consultant at an MTN store. I called MTN Insurance after 7days and I was told to wait. I called again on the 18th and spoke to Refilwe whom told me that my claim is still open and unattended to, she promised me that she'd escalate the issue to her supervisor and she did, on the 19th of April I got the confirmation that my claim has been approved. It's the 1st time I was promised something by a consultant and actually living up to the promises...<br> <br> In a nutshell I'd like to tell Refilwe to continue with her dedication to MTN as we need more of you in the telecommunication services.
