Insurance cancellation with mtn/poor service

I have requested mtn to cancel my cellphone insurance with them in January. Nothing has changed, only few emails and a Feb invoice. Now I have to pay for something I've requested a cancellation for. They are not willing to assist clients whose contracts ended. I've been going back and forth, I'm simply tired and no longer want anything with them
