Insurance ****

I claimed for a lost device. All the required documents were summitted and my claim was declined. The first time i followed up i was told the reason my claim was because i didnt give them evidence of force entry (it was a house breaking) then they tell me that they dont cover claims for theft at home and work??? What the hell. Every time i try to follow up im put on hold and eventually they hang-up. How am i supposed to continue paying for something i dont have the worst thing is it was on insurance. You guys need to do better in terms of customer service
