Insurance & Billing nightmare MTN!!

I have never had an issue with my MTN contract, however only now I'm experiencing such shocking experience.

I cancelled my contract early in the year and I was left with insurance, I thought automatically the insurance is canceled when i cancel my contract, however the insurance continued, I called to cancel my insurance a month later after cancelling my contract and it was confirmed its cancelled. however now im told my insurance is in arrears " I have never heard of insurance being in arrears, and under what circumstances? because I did my due diligence and cancelled, and now my bank keeps incurring arrears because of failed debits. I called MTN so they cancel the debit order and i was referred to call insurance, I called (Nthabiseng Makoro insurance) they sent me back to MTN for debit order removal! At this point im tired and not being assisted and need the debit order off my account asap! please send an email back on ***
