Insurance *****

What a **** service!!!! Took out a contract & paid for insurance for almost 2yrs & they sell you on fixing broken screens & all that jazz but when push comes to shove they come up with some bull**** story about changing sim cards in the phone just so they wont have to fix the phone. Please do NOT waste your time and energy on taking out mtn insurance or even concinder these ****ers on taking out a contract. They **** you around at any chance they get. Struggled for 2 months emailing back & fourth only to get some bull**** story about changing sim cards. Worst ****** service i have ever seen
