insurance

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I lost my handset,so i went to the mtn branch to claim from insurance and the consultant told me that i do not have any insurance on my handset.I said impossible,if got the hard copy of my contract with me and my insurance form,filled in and singed.They asked me to come back within two days,so that they can investigate.I went back and spoke to the consultant that i originally took out my contract with.She told me that is bad news.Her manager and area manager told her that i should have checked my statement 3 to 6 moths after taking out my insurance.<br> <br> The consultant never submitted the insurance form to the insurance company,now they making it my problem.<br> Conveniently her emails was off that day and she sent it to a colleague,funny she could send a mail to a colleague with her mail being off<br> <br> The store manager told me if i should pursue this it's not going to escalate into anything.<br> I showed her the copy of my contract and insurance form.<br> <br> Should i follow up if the consultant did her work?<br> <br> I'm stuck<br> Need some help<br> <br>
