good day<br> <br> i went mtn westgate mall, on the 14th Novemebr 2015 to upgrade<br> all went well until i contacted the insurance today only to find out that my handset is not covered, my insurance is not activated yet.<br> how long does it take to activate it, <br> can i send the phone back until its covered?<br>
