Insurance

On the 13th of October 2015, i called MTN Insurance in order to insure my new phone. I did request to insure my devise at the store but i was given a number to call. I have been calling this number everyday since the 13th, at some point i held for over an hour and still no consultant answered. I decided to send an email, i then received an email stating that the time around for assistance is 5 days. 7 days later i still have not heard from MTN. Today makes it 14 days and still nothing.<br> <br> Please help me hello peter, or should i be looking at other cell phone providers that will be of more help.
