Insurance

<p>i went to MTN store in Randburg square , i took a contract phone on the 27 October 2016 with siya, i asked siya helping me with insurance for my new phone A5 2016, filled in the documents, months later i noticed that they are not debiting for the insurance so i go back to the same guy and i ask him why am i not being debited, he checked with my ID and see that i did ask for insurance,. he then asked me for the documents for the contract , advised him that i dont have them can he check with the copy they have at the store he told me that they threw away the documents, how do they throw documents away? what happens if i have a problem with my phone and we have to go through the contract ? he told me that he doesn't know, i asked him if i lose my phone now what will happen since i have a agreement contract that say my phone will have insurance singed by me and him, he then call the insurance company he was advised to send the documents but he told me to send them , i then told him i dont have the documents and cant he then help me apply again for insurance he told me he cant. i asked him if this is the service they give to customer he just looked at me if this is the service am going to get you may just cancel my contract. AM SO NOT HAPPY </p>
