I am paying the insurance it's been 3years now. 3 weeks back I lost my phone but when I went to the store the is nothing under my name for insurance. Just balance me here, the money m paying where is it go if my phone is not covered. This is the second time MTN **** me. Now when I call no one can help me but m paying every month
