INSURANCE
MTN's head office number *** doesn't WORK!!! The insurance claim number *** doesn't WORK!! I have submitted my claim and not a single person has been in contact with me about the progress of my insurance claim. I have seen other post here and it seems to be the standard norm that MTN is not responding to their customers and if or when there is a response the reply seems generic. <br>
