Insurance
I have an insurance with MTN for my phone, however I have noticed on my statement that MTN/Pinnacle Marketing stopped the deduction. Please correct this to avoid any problems with future claims?

Not sure where you pick up on the statements that insurance fee is not billed.
We have checked the invoices and the insurance service is active on the invoices.
