Can I please get a clear understanding as to how the claim amount works. I have been asking the same question.I have been calling and emailing, but no one gives me a clear understanding of it.Why should you pay the highest insurance only to find out that your payout is so less? What's the use of paying so much, to only be paid less then what you thought you would get. Why didn't the premium go down, since the value of the phone goes down as well. 9This I was told by the Call Centre agent that I spoke too. This is ****************. Can someone please assist me!
