“Insufficient Funds Message when I have airtime”

Rather annoyed beyond with MTN. I went overseas last year Feb and since then I am unable to make phone calls as I get “you have insufficient airtime to make a call message” when I have airtime and voice minutes. No one at MTN seems to know how to resolve my issue
