Insufficient funds

Hi,

I have had constant issues with MTN regarding insufficient funds when there is more than enough airtime and data on my phone. I have tried switching off my phone, I have called the customer care line and have had them tell me that my number has been reset on the network . but still no improvements.. I've had to call the customer care numerous times in the past with this same issue but nothing has changed.. This is so pathetic. Mtn is most certainly the most useless service provider.

Sort it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And don't tell me to call the 173 customer care line, because I've done that so many times already!!!!!

I am so relieved that my contract is ending soon and i can not wait to change service providers!

You should say "For any inconvenience you experienced". I've tried your suggestion and it has not helped. I've tried it a numerous amount of times. As well as rebooting my phone, and removing the sim.

I don't know which session my data and airtime could possibly be reserved for, so improve the services you are suppose to offer!!

WHY IS MY AIRTIME BEING WITHHELD BY MTN????????? I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS!

What if i was in an emergency and i was required to call someone?
