Insufficiency of MTN costing me money

I did a sim swap at MTN Menlynmall branch on 3/01/2018 at 13h00 and was told that my phone will be active between 2 to 24 hour. It is now 09h47 on 9/01/2018 and my phone is still not active. Between 3/1/2018 and now, I have launch two complaint through MTN complaint site and have not had any response back. I phone the agent who assist me at the branch and the branch several time reporting this with no result. I went back to the Menlyn branch after I discovered at the Kollenade branch on 8/01/2018 that the sim swap was not done and were told I have to go back to the Menlyn branch, still no result. I have been a loyal contract customer to MTN for 23 years and I have build all my contacts around this number that is still the same for all these years. I have business adverti*****ts that are advertising this number and I have lost thousands of Rands over the last week through this insufficiency. I have discussed this matter with my lawyer and now have legal grounds to cancel my contract, I insist that I keep my no at a following provider and will calculate my losses due to this, for further action.

Since my complaint two days ago I went to MTN Menlyn branch to try and solve this . They did a request previously and did a request again *** N2N failure. My phone is still not activated. This is now 8 days that I am with out service. On this number I am advertising and must have lost 100's of calls and messages and my phone is still not active.

My phone is still not on. I put my first appeal to MTN on record. If MTN is not qualified to resolve a sim swap issue then allow me to change my no to another service provider, I am loosing money daily, and in 8 days nothing has happened and there are no indication how long it still going to take to activate my sim card, if it ever going to happen.
