installment double then what i signed for
on 2016/02/08 I upgraded my contract and took the samsung s6 edge 32G package my 100 and i was advised I will be paying R430 excluding insurance and that R430 includes 100 min 200 sms's and 500 mb I even got 100G free for the month then my account gets debited with R1089.00 I called the call centre on 808 they advised me that the staff at the branch didnt explain to me that I am only paying R430 for the device and another R200 and some ord Rand will be for the package I chose and the first time the insurance payment is normally a double payment which i was not advised about and the consultant told me I will be paying R1089 every month. I then went to the campus square branch to find out what is happening as i was not advised about this they couldnt assist me they said I should come back with the contract and my cell phone in order for them to see what is the problem because they dont know why R1089 was debited further more on the statement they showed me was a 20G data that was purchased for R1199 which i have no knowledge of I am going to cancel this contract today and return the device back to the store <br> <br> your service sucks i am so done with mtn never again

On the last invoice dated 2016-03-13 you were billed R80.46 excl. vat for the insurance prorata, this amount was a once off. After the discounts for CLI, 500MB Data Bundle and 200 SMS bundle have been app****, going forward your account will be billed as per below.
MONTHLY INSURANCE FEE - R122.81 + 14% vat
PROMO SERVICE FEE - R498.24 + 14% vat
MTNCHOICE100M SUBS FEE - R254.38 + 14% vat
Total including vat = R998.00, this will be the monthly subscription if there has been no additional usage/charges in your account. We have requested the consultant who captured the application to assist and contact you.
