Since enquiring about an upgrade on Monday at your Cresta branch - my data bundles have changed - without MY permission - MY MTN CHOICE Price plan credit limit changed. All 65.000 of my valueless points have been transferred to ********** 935.

I have never transferred my points since the inception of mobile phones in this country and should your RICA SYSTEM be functioning correctly - I would like to know WHO transferred these points and to Whom ??

Very strange that we made enquiries about upgrading and the very next day our data bundle changes and the points disappear . Maybe a little inside information that we need to know about when walking into your stores to upgrade ?

How on earth can an outsider transfer points from our account into someone else’s account without us knowing ??????
