Inside MTN - sad day for a legendary company.

So

Sadly, I'm sitting in store, at MTN, in Menlyn. Whilst I'm here, their professional staff are assisting me sort out discrepancies and irregularities on my account - after it has been soft blocked - and an agent of MTN call centre / customer care, a lady, HARD BLOCKS my account. The store then calls her and confronts her. Now I'm still sitting here, 3 hours later.

So what is actually happening inside of MTN.....?

I have her full name, will gladly give it to MTN Head Office, if they actually respond to this.

Now it is up to MTN to step up and protect their longstanding and loyal client.

Who is pulling which strings, where......and why ?
