I app**** for a contract in December online deal I’ve got approved, and then there weren’t stock

I waited then until they will have stock

The 4th of January 2024 a consultant phoned me telling me the cellphone is available not in the coloure I requested but in black I said it’s fine I will take it .

DSV mtn delivery company contac me on Tuesday 9the of January 2024 to arrange delivery appointment for the 11 th of January which was yesterday I waited the entire day nothing arrived

I then contac DSV and they told me Mtn took the package back yesterday morning at 10am

I then contac Mtn they telling me my application was cancelled I didn’t cancel anything so how can application just get cancel by itself . And why would the lady contac me to tell me there is stock if my application is cancel it don’t make sense Then they say I must contac mondo

I contac mondo spoke to a lady Nqoblo ***

She told me therez no reason on system why the application was cancelled

Mtn need to short this out

But to me mtn consultants don’t communicate its like nobody is assisting me properly they putting me thru call to call I’m irritated with this because I’m waiting Like a fool for something that didn’t get to me .

This morning I contac mondo again , and the consultant told me I’m not the only customer this happens to alot of other customers to where mtn takes the package back

And to apply for another contrac right now I won’t get the same deal again because the deal is done already and now I need to wait a month to reapply for another contrac because of something I did not cancel .

I feel something is not right with these people .
