Insensitive and non responsive mtn

I am an mtn business contract customer. If you are out of the country and somebody unilaterally suspends your Mobile line, you are unable to get to customer care and when you send email it is not acknowledged and not attended to. I’m left frustrated trying to pay my hotel as I cannot unlock my bank account as I need a pin to transact …and it’s impossible with a suspended phone for nothing
