Insanity.

<p>R15k Galaxy Note 5 broke.</p> <p> </p> <p>After several calls to the help desks, of which 808 was down, having one guy put the phone down on me, and another advising to take the thing to the MTN store to get my proof of contract and to take it to the Samsung Service Center (At Grove Mall, Pretoria) off I go.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got to the MTN store, nope, no proof of purchase available, said I had to go to MTN Menlyn, I stepped outside and pointed out the logo on the store, MTN.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I left the phone on the lady's desk and left.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone bothers to read this from MTN who cares, I haven't encountered such an indivudal through any of the channels today, my Samsung Galaxy note 5 is at MTN Grove Mall, Pretoria. IMEI: ********** ********** 9</p> <p> </p> <p>If it gets lost I'll personally file a theft report against the staff of that store. I've had enough of this insanity for one day.
