Insane charges from the insurance department
<p>I really don't know what is it that I did wrong to MTN and their insurance department, I app**** for a claim and it took the whole month for them to reply just after posting them in Hellopeter they reply and my insurance was approved. Now my worry is the rule states that first claim for lost or ****** phone is R350 and mine was lost and I am being charged R650 I don't know why and I rep**** to the email they used approving my claim but there's no response and worse part the value of my phone was R4299 and it is still R4299 but my claim is approved for the phone value of R3299 which I don't understand why as well.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
I have been waiting and it's been 72hours now and I haven't heard from you guys and I really wanna know what's going on and I need a phone and I can't continue paying when I don't know what I am paying for. If maybe it was R650 and I am getting my phone's value I'd let it slide but paying R650 and getting R1000 less from my phone's value? that's insane if you guys no longer wnat me to be your customer just tell me so, so I can go and cancel the contract and insurance and go to another network
