Insane amount for data
I previously lodged a complaint about being overbilled and my account being suspended by mtn. This morning I received my statement which now says amount due is over R4000 on my account which is normally R145. I cannot afford this insane amount. Could someone please contact me and resolve this? <br>

Our billing department has validated the usage:
Please find calculation below:
Invoice dated 2015-09 -20 total data used = 8699.66MB - 2048MB (Monthly Allocation ) - 2048MB (Promo Data data ) - 2073MB (Promo Data data ) = 2530.66MB @ R0.87 (out of bundle rate excl VAT) = R2201.67 (Supposed to be charged).
As per Invoice, customer was charged RR 2,167.37 excluding vat on this invoice, which is less than the usage calculated above. Therefore there is no credit due.
This line is on open 2GB package, the 2GB has been used up and the internet used further with the sim card. The usage need to be monitored.
Please contact our 808 service centre and ask to be transferred to the credit controller to assist you with any payment arrangements.
