Inquery on incorrect billing

I was charged R1400 for my monthly bill.My usual Monthly bill id R560. MTN is claiming I made 4 international calls on the 18th February 2017 , which is not possible because I was on the MSC cruise that time and had no reception in the ocean neither did I purchase a data bundle of any sort. Now MTN sent an SMS saying my query was resolved and gave me the following reference : 1- ********** 3521. Then I received another SMS saying my query has been escalated with the following reference number : 1- ********** 2519. MTN has also attempted to take that money out of my account TWICE, without my permission and before even trying to resolve this matter or even send me an itemized billing. Now MTN has cut me off from making calls / sending SMSs etc. ..

I tried to contact MTN on the following number : 083 136 and have had no luck getting in touch with anyone to help me resolve this. Neither is anyone in-store able to help me.

I am extremely dissappinted and angry about this. I refuse to pay this until I see proof or this itemized billing sent to me.

It is impossible to make any calls while you're out at sea. There is no reception to call anyone or receive calls..I don't even have anyone I could possibly call overseas. My phone even has a lock on it so nobody can use it. Please can somebody assist me with this.
